Project Summary:
A hydrogen fueling facility for new passenger vehicles was installed for progressing Shell’s sustainable energy directive. A high-pressure hydrogen line at Shell’s Port of Long Beach Facility transported hydrogen from the compressor facility to a fueling facility for new passenger vehicles. The development served as the first fueling station for vehicles that were being offloaded from import vessels prior to market delivery. Audubon Companies assisted with the engineering and design of the system including the hydrogen pipeline distribution system.
